One heartfelt request: please, please do not make Gordon v. Drape Creative the only Rogers case. It is a decided outlier; every other case but one has applied Rogers to protect speech, and it will give students the wrong impression. Fine to pair it with a case to show different approaches, but I worry about a 180 degree reversal of course.
