Dear Friends of Trademark Law: An Open-Source Casebook,

I’ve gotten good questions lately about the status of the annual update of Trademark Law: An Open-Source Casebook, and since it’s already mid-summer (!), I wanted to write a quick note to give you a sense of when I’ll post it. I’m working on it here in London this week and next and should have it posted by July 22 at the latest.

I realize that a lot of us are now using customized versions so I’ll try to be very explicit (with redlines and version notes) about any changes, which I’ll try to keep to a minimum. An informal survey of users leads me to believe that a large proportion of students print out the book, so I will modify the format better to suit the printed page (rather than an iPad or Surface).
